SAYS AMERICA WON WAR — ████████ Gives Credit to Yanks, Says Returning Captain
Capt. Bernard McMahon, returning from the American occupation forces on the Rhine, told reporters of an interview he had in Hanover with Field Marshal ████████. The aged German military hero said America had truly won the war, and that though he looked no more than fifty or sixty, he was seventy-six and in sound physical shape. ████████ added that war was not dead, and that America would eventually fight Japan.
